The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) alleged Howard Law, P.C.; Williamson & Howard, LLP; the Williamson Firm, LLC; Vincent Howard; and Lawrence Williamson took over the operation and continue the alleged illegal debt settlement activities.IN THIS FIRM Howard law unethical unprofessional waste of time .gregory H.D Alumit attorney for howard law is the biggest lyer in the howard law firm the stuff nasty if you want to waste your time and never get an answer dont trust this people they act more like criminal and be hiding from the client . they act more like el chapo hiding . This firm is been investigated FBI. They would change the firm from howard law pc in orange county to howard law in santa ana .they move from orange county to santa ana to hiding from the clients. They kept my file i email vincent howard they dont answer

I wish no stars was an applicable choice, as even a 1 gives a positive result that is undeserved. I signed with Howard Law in Aug 2017. I was assigned to Vincent and his assistant Jose. It took Jose 4 months to get obtain a doctors appointment that was already approved before having them represent me, 3 months to get a missing check replaced, and a boat load of things he never addressed at all.
When I argued this was unreasonable the same excuse was given "this is how the system works, it takes time" however, they failed to remember I had already been through it once, had surgery and was very well aware of the actual turn around time to expect, especially having the same exact claims adjust as before who is very fast about responding in a timely manner.
Later, Jose & Vincent left to start their own firm dropping all their clients with no notice from them or Howards Law & thus the reason they were not following up on current clients was for this reason (not the poor excuse given above).

I thought things would improve once Dayana was my new contact point, she resolved 3 pending issues that Jose failed to in 7 months time..in a week. However, she within a month was gone & I had a new attorney and point of contact which were relatively decent at getting back to me, however would always miss or forget something after several emails.

Jump to today, having issues with my temporary disability income and come to find out with no notice at all (once again) they have dropped ALL their workmans compensation clients and pushed them over to a new firm. I am sure this firm is going to be over-ran which makes me feel concerned if they can handle all these new cases falling on their lap. I have to find a new attorney, fix my own billing issue when the work comp. rep wont respond (because he thinks I am still legally represented) & the new law firm doesn't even have the files they need to help me resolve these issues.

Its pointless at this point to say don't let them represent you as they no longer take on workmans compensation, but I would say due to their ability to highly neglect their clients, attorneys fail to abide by bar association standards or communication requirements, and their blatant disregard for the welfare of their clients, I would not use them for toilet cleaning services if they offered them.

Don't hire them. Had them call me for a consult, whom ever I talked to was very rude and unprofessional with the questions she was asking me and had adittude about it.

Do not hire them, STAFF is horrible! Never get the same person twice! They double billed me an extra year, which means an extra year to rebuilt my credit. They are so bad I just received a letter from CA Bankruptcy Court about (Morgan Drexen) which they hired and gave all my personal info too! I live in (%%) and you aren't even licensed in this state! You pawn us off on others. I had to finally hire a lawyer in my state to fix the mess you put me in on top on everything else.
