Mr. Kasperowicz represented me in a case where I was falsely accused of doing something completely ridiculous and arrested without any proof. I was interrogated in a tiny room for several hrs until well past 1 am without a lawyer present, then taken to jail! Mr. Kasperowicz showed up in the middle of the night to secure my release. He was not only my attorney but also my mentor and source of moral support. Mr. Kasperowicz obtained VIDEO footage that admonished me of any guilt or wrongdoing. The police never bothered to check the video and the DA never even inquired to see if there was a video! The video was the smoking gun that proved my absolute innocence. On trial day, Mr. Kasperowicz took me outside for some air and asked, "what have you learned from this experience?" He gave me advice about life and regardless of the outcome, reminded me to "never forget the high road". Just before we went back inside, he said "Your case has been dismissed". I recommend him highly to anyone. He is honest, trustworthy (unlike most criminal defense attorneys), and extremely reliable. Today, he remains my friend and I consider him family. The first time I told him the entire story about what occurred, he was literally disgusted by the officer. He didn't quit until the truth came out and said he would never let me take a plea. When the DA watched the video, all charges were immediately dropped.
