Mr. John Wong is the consummate professional! I was unclear about the pros and cons of irrevocable and revocable trusts and he presented the information in such a clear and concise way. At the initial consultation, free of charge, John answered all of our questions and provided a few suggestions how we should approach some of the details. I didn't know what I didn't know, but I did have a very small question. John provided a comprehensive answer to my very small question; and then he proceeded to inform me of items that I needed to think about. This wealth of information that he provided (which was unsolicited) will not only save my family a great deal of money, but will also save us a great deal of pain. John is very knowledgeable and very gracious with his time. If you have any Estate/ Probate questions or concerns, I would highly recommend that you call John and have a talk with him. I am going through a very difficult family situation in regards to conservatorship. I had a consultation with John and he very extremely knowledgeable and frank with his advice. I find him very nice to work with. I do highly recommend him.

John was referred to our family by our financial adviser. Our financial adviser gave us a few attorneys to choose from and suggested we call each of them. After speaking to John, he was the clear choice. I appreciated his patience, yet straight forward approach. While some of the other attorneys/assistants gave me vague or unclear answers, John was able to answer all of my questions immediately before paying him a dime. During our meeting, John brought up certain issues we had never considered and we adjusted our plan accordingly. I was happy to find that John was also a certified specialist in estate planning by the California State Bar. I didn't even know that was a thing, but then after John mentioned it, I looked it up and I'm glad I found someone that has been certified.

I contacted John yesterday afternoon for an initial consultation (~30 minutes) as I had several questions about a family situation in Taiwan. He was patient as I presented the details. He addressed my concerns in a sequence mirroring my presentation and he also let me know which of my needs fell out of the scope of his work. John was pleasant and he provided simple explanations at my behest. Ultimately, John helped me determine that we were not matched for the specific problem at hand and he provided a couple referrals.

John was super knowledgeable. I found him on Yelp and was immediately impressed when we spoke by phone. However, my husband was reluctant because he said he looked young in his picture. When we met in person, my husband (former tax guy) drilled him on tons of tax questions. John smiled and answered all of the questions in a way that I understood. My husband left the meeting quite impressed. To me, besides just the tax stuff, John really took the time to understand what our concerns were, and came up with several possible solutions. In the end, we came out with an estate plan that really accomplished our goals in a way I didn't even consider. We are so glad to have checked this box off our list.

I used John Wong to amend our family's trust. We wanted to make some small changes and our previous attorney had since retired. We realized at that point that we needed an attorney that would more likely be around for all of our family's changes.
