First and last time. The worst ever. Don't know how they are in business. Surprised there not in jail. O, I forgot they rob people. Trust me and don't go. Learn from me.They did nothing but rob me for $2000. I'm going to call the BBB on them. I'm going to have to represent myself at court tomorrow and file my own paperwork in inglewood. I might lose my daughter because of these people. Im so stressed out. Playing with people's lives is not cool at all. All they do is fraud. They dont deliver what they offer. Im going to have to take them to court for my $2000. Dont trust Fernando. He's a liar and a trash talker. Called me a drama queen. Not professional at all. Old man Phill at the office has 22 year's of robbing people. He was asking me what to do. He makes you feel good until you give him the money. Then everything changes. He told me I should wait until my baby's mom gets evicted, then call CPS on her so that they could take my daughter away and then hire him again to get her back. Are you serious

I have never given a review before this is my first time. Having said that, I had such a terrible experience over the phone. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to get more information on the process if I chose this place. I was being rushed off the phone. I let the guy I talk to know that I have called around and I am trying to find the best place. I looked them up online and I am ready to get the process started. He kept saying I could come in for a free consultation and I was asking him if they did consultations over the phone. To which he responded, "Ma'am you are in Seal Beach you are 2 miles away." I told him that I have my kids at home with me during the day. I don't mind getting a babysitter and coming in, but of course if they do offer phone consultations I would love to take advantage of that. After I told him that I keep my kids at home he said "Ma'am maybe you should find someone else; sorry I couldn't serve you." How rude! I am all about getting a great price, but not if that means sacrificing customer service. With all the bad reviews on here I guess I am not the only one. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be posting reviews for all of their sites so everyone can be well informed.

I went in and met with an older man who had no concern for what I had to say or rectify the wrongs. No concern for anything except his view after reading 3 pieced of paper. He told me I had no knowledge of my childrens situation and wouldnt allow me to speak.

Phil was rude. He acted as though I should know the answers to my questions. He dismissed the fathers children because "It's hard to change custody agreements." He's not a lawyer. He's a paralegal.

Rude staff and horrible customer service! I can handle sarcasm but Phill is plain rude. His office is a mess with paperwork scattered everywhere, and there isn't any law degrees posted in his office. He says he is a straight shooter which he is confusing with being rude. After I asked Phill what kind of law degree he has he said he is not a lawyer but has a phd (no proof of that either in his office). I should have read the reviews before I wasted my time going to get consultation. He asked me to leave after I asked him about his credentials and why should I use him instead of filing myself in person. I would not be using them. In summary: unprofessional

They helped me so much with my divorce and setting up visitation with my kids. I hired a law firm previously and nothing got done after spending thousands of dollars. Budget Legal turned things around fast. I would highly recommend to anyone with family law issues.

Please do not use this firm or service! I used they and 4yrs ago! The man how handles your case is not an attorney no matter what he says. They will have an attorney who will show up and rush thru your paper work and in my case the guy who showed up smelled like alcohol and just wanted to postpone the case(guess when your drunk you don"t want to deal with a judge!!!) Then they wanted to charge me again same amount. At the end i did't have to pay but it almost coast me my kids and extra in child support!! They really didn't do much and mislead me that they have attorney's in the office witch is not the case! The only attorney at that time was a 80yr old man who never came into the office. Just because its less dose not mean its worth it! FIND A REAL ATTORNEY AND PAY THE EXTRA MONEY IT WORTH IT!
