Terrible client service. Tania has no care or interest for anyone’s time except her own.

Law firm or debt collectors? Hard to tell with their total lack of professionalism.

I contacted this office per my leasing office to ask some questions regarding legal fees. The person I spoke with on the phone responded in a very rude manner, when asked for an explanation of added fees she said "things change" and refused to discuss further. I then asked to speak to a supervisor as she was unwilling to help me, and she responded "I AM THE SUPERVISOR, I AM GOD IN THIS OFFICE." She then continued yelling and threatening "I can't wait to see you in court" and "get off my d*ck" - I was only trying to have a professional conversation to ask a simple question and instead got attacked.

Pretty sure these people should not be in business. Aside from this personal situation, I would NEVER recommend working with them. Would also question their law credentials based on the interaction above.
