My mother went through a nightmare of a scenario this past year and it ended up with me contacting numerous law firms in the LA area only to be turned down and no one wanting to help my mother and I find justice. I found you on Google your website states/promises to help the Elderly. Well my friend is being financially abused (proof available) where the conservator isn't making my friends mortgage payments on at least 3 properties 1 is about to go into Default status. As of yesterday his cell phone service has been disconnected, In my eyes this is an urgent matter....
I am writing this message to inform you that I haven't heard from anyone, ( I have stated the URGRENCY OF THE MATTER). I am self employed and if I get a call for a new client I know for sure it will not take 48 hrs to reach out... And your receptionist Sara was no help either in regards to a simple question on "Time Frame" for a follow-up call. All she said is "WHEN" someone is available they will call you kinda rude. With that said I am cancelling the request for help from your office.

These scammers filed a suit against the facility where my mother lives, on behalf of people who I assume were taken in by the "no fee unless we win" claim. They have no case at all, but were of course not told that by the law office. Apparently they did not notice the "client responsible for all court costs and legal expenses." For anyone who doesn't know, that basically means that the law firm can "hire" investigators without any regard to expense because that expense is billed back to the client anyway. That makes for some cozy opportunities for the law firm and the investigative firm, doesn't it? Those opportunities only present themselves when there is a client, so the "no fees unless we win" is the top line of their marketing. It's nothing but a scam that may well cost my 88 year old mother her home.
