I buy and sale real estate and the closing process for the sale of a home is a serious matter for the buyer and the seller. The closing attorney was way too casual and had a poor attitude and had little or no interest in processing my funds via wire transfer. Before this transaction was even completed we were instructed to leave the conference room so she could work with another client.

Nothing too exciting. But they do have good candy for you to dine on while you're signing papers. (The best candy is in the conference room, pro tip)

I am a realtor and I use SKW for most of my closings. They are great. Today we closed another one and they ran title and got all the docs ready in 3 days. I am so happy with these guys.

I'm partial but best group of people who care about their clients and closings. Not only doing a great job at taking care of your closing they go above and beyond and do a great job clearing titles and making the closings happen. :-)
