They have been holding my property tax from the sale of my home for over 3 weeks now. Even with documents from my former mortgage company and the Clayton county tax page stated that it if flagged as payment from escrow. Very frustrating. If they would have got the closing done on the original date, this would be a non issue considering my former mortgage company paid the day before the second closing date. Just overall not a good experience. Also Christy was rude and unprofessional when I called to ask questions. Most times you don’t choose your closing attorney, but if you can, I would stay away from this company.
