I know Bill Elliott to be a very conscientious and honest attorney. He is a family man, cares about his clients, and is tenacious but kind in his dealings with other attorneys. Bill is very smart and knowledgeable about family law (divorces, child custody, child support, etc.) as well as criminal law. Sometimes clients confuse the ability to get along with opposing counsel as being a weakness, but I feel it is a strength of Bill's, as he is able to negotiate settlements at a savings to his client by establishing a good working relationship. However, if he had to go to trial, Bill is fully capable of advocating for his client and winning.

No BILL... I fail to see how I’m better off after hiring you. Now because of you, my pay is being garnished, I still haven’t seen my daughter. Shortly after the case was resolved, my daughters mother dropped the case. All you did was sell me a bill of goods, let her get inside your head. Just like the last attorney I hired. I will be writing the BARR association about you and believe me they are going to love seeing the $70 you charged me every time your secretary called me. Have a merry Christmas there Bill. I also love how you got some of your buddies to write good reviews about you to cover up the fact that you are a crook and no one should ever hire you for anything.
