Called Mr. Hammond several times to set up an appointment either he wasn’t in the office, or wasn’t feeling good, or on his way out of town could not set up a meeting to talk to home about filing Chapter 13

File bankruptcy and Allen forgot to put a lien that was in my house in it which cost me losing thousands. On top of that he never tried to help resolve the matter and avoided my phone calls. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

Mr. Hammond is very unprofessional. I set up a appointment with Mr. Hammond via the phone confrim the appointment via email after he sent me the documents that I had to fill out. I arrrive at my appointment date and time to discover the office was close. I tried calling Mr. Hammond no answer voicemail pick up left a message no return phone call email just no response. If thia is how he deal with new clients i will make sure I let those I know his business practice is very unprofessional.

My experience with Hammond & Hammond was excellent - they guided me through every step of the way, exactly what I needed to do. ALSO, the cost of doing the bankruptcy was much lower than what I had thought it would be - excellent service at an excellent price! They were able to work with my special circumstances (living in another country) and get me a court date that would work for me - and always replied right away to questions or concerns I had.
