This Law Firm Is Unorganized. The Staff Are Rude and Unprofessional. The Never Communicate With You About Your Case. I'm Beyond Disappointed. I Will Never Recommend Anyone To This Firm. I Rate Them A -3.

I don’t like how they do business.I really wish I would have read the reviews before I randomly selected this law group. Never again.
I still don’t get why I couldn’t get a loan for my kids Christmas, when it’s their case. I’m pretty sure when their case settles, I will have to sign for them. I am the mother of minors!!!! Don’t use this law firm. They are thoughtless and careless.

I had a solid case that would have worked in my favor if I had strong representation. I was so confused on why this firm could not get enough money to satisfy my recovery. I basically walked out with the amount of my rent. An intoxicated driver hit me and was 100% reliable. My car was totaled and I lost my job, my credit score went completely down and I had to relocate my child due to this accident. This firm does not have enough accreditation or not enough resources to fight with the "BIG DOGS". The major insurance companies does not have no respect for this firm. This firm let the insurance company bully them. Now I have to dig myself out of a whole that could have been taken care of if I went with a more known and strong firm. I was confused about the other ratings on these reviews. When I did extensive research, most of these people that are giving between 3 and 5 stars either worked for this firm before or they know people at the firm and just giving good ratings. So these reviews are false. One of the men in these reviews market for the firm and actually convinced me that this firm will be the best for my case because I have a great case and that know strategies to get me fully recovered. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW. I'm partly mad at myself because I should have known NOT to go with an off-brand firm. I thought I'd be better off going with a smaller firm because they would fight harder but I got that part messed up in my head. I would NOT recommend this to anyone with a big solid case. They was not prepared to go to trial and actually talked me out of going to trial. A DRUNK person hit me and their insurance company took 100% liability but at the end the insurance company won. The person had well over enough limits on their policy to bring me to full recovery and this firm couldn't satisfy a big but simple case. It took a whole year to get this case resolved and I basically walked away with nothing. I don't feel like I won this case. I lost EVERYTHING and this firm basically didn't care. Every case that's on their desk is just papers that they need to get off their desk without being sensitive on how these accidents would really turn a person's life completely around for the worse. I am highly disappointed with this firm.

I was referred to this firm by a friend. The firm is okay. Me and my fiance had an auto injury claim. I personally feel that they could've worked harder to get me a tad bit more for my claim, but I walked away with a decent figure. My fiance was compensated better than I was, but she was left having to finalize a claim with the hospital herself, because this office couldn't get Grady hospital to talk to them over the phone and settle it. That issue probably took an extra $500-700 out of my fiance's total take home amount. You have to press the firm to get timely communication at times, and they should check on their clients on a more frequent basis. But all said, they are a decent firm, and the attorneys do good work in totality

Worst. Lawyers ever. How did they pass the bar. They must have lowered it. I was in a similar accident with another law firm and they got me quadruple with this law firm got me. Unfortunately I was referred by a friend. I would not recommend this place. They couldn’t even get enough to cover my medical bills. They had to lower there 33 percent just I could get some money back. Smh
