I called to set up a consultation and was transferred to Lionel the RECEPTIONIST and he yelled for five minutes straight and offered no advice or help whatsoever. Horrible customer service, i am disgusted.

I had the BEST experience with this law firm! They were very helpful, informative and walked me thru every step of the way as I knew nothing about bankruptcy. I was really nervous about the whole process and Lionel made me feel so much better about everything (I had lots of questions). I called around to other larger firms and I just didn't get the attention that I was looking for until I called the Bankruptcy Law Group.

I filed a Chapter 7 at the Stockbridge location and I was discharged in a little over 4 months. I set up a payment plan (most other places wanted the money upfront) and was able to communicate with them by email which was very helpful.

I definitely recommend this firm and I this review helps someone else who is nervous like was!

Called the office to ask a question about a bankruptcy filing. Mr Lovett ( or something similar) answered my call. At some point, as I was talking, he said "Good Luck to you" and hung up in my face. HORRIBLE customer service. Just RUDE for no good reason.
