Prt2.) I'll explain in details how.... When Mr Vernon took the case it was paperwork in gwinnett county court of clerks that was important for him to get to show how long my finance been out of gwinnett county jail and where it didn't say return to probation. That was one upper we had against gwinnett to prove their mistake. However Mr Vernon all of a sudden couldn't make it to gwinnett county to get the paperwork. Ok fine, I wanna see my fiance out of jail so of course I would do anything to help so I took off work, drove 45mins to get the paperwork. It was a second time where he didn't know and needed to know whom and when the warrant in gwinnett was put on my fiance. So again I had to take off work drive 45mins to get that information and via emailed it to him. Ok if that wasn't enough when my fiance had his 1st a court hearing for Clayton County he was more than sure he could glet the gun charge dismissed i even wrote a notarized statement taken ownership of the gun etc. Mr Vernon Smith failed to get that charge dismissed and claimed if I bond my fiance out of Clayton Co and get him sent to Gwinnett county jail that he could be released. From the conversation he had with his so call probation officer that was assigned to him that me and my fiance never met nor had any clue about him being on probation at all for that matter after nearly 2yrs later of him being free and dismissed from probation etc. I said to Mr Vernon I dont think that's a good idea. Can you try to get them to try to drop the warrant and he can do a walk in from home. I told him if I bond my fiance out gwinnett might just try to hang him on these pending charges. Not to mention its and error on their part to even why he arrested anyways. I knew gwinnett county wasn't gonna be a good idea but he insisted that I bond him from clayton and send him to gwinnett county jail. So I did that was $1100 more dollars for me to do that! When he got to gwinnett county jail Mr Vernon failed Tremendously in court because he failed to be more familiar with the case. My fiance ended up getting 2yrs in gwinnett from "pending" charges in clayton. Vernon in my opinion did NOTHING even the day before his court date. Just to touch bases so that him and my fiance could be on the same page the day of court & Mr Vernon failed to see him that day even though he agreed to do so but because he was in gwinnett as I mentioned before when it came to Gwinnett county paperwork including court dates (I myself went to get them for him & made calls to get him a quicker court hearing) Mr Vernon wasn't even aware. He had to call the probation officer just to confirm. I say all of that to say this.... He practically made situations worse after talking to a few others attorneys about my experience with Mr Smith more than half was applaud at the steps as a lawyer that he should of took and what he was supposed to aware me of as my attorney he didn't. Now my fiance is in gwinnett stuck sentenced 2yrs still having clayton county pending against him. Now I have to find another lawyer to at least finish off clayton county case. Even though it was Mr Vernon job to do that but he put more attention on me bonding my fiance out of clayton just to go to gwinnett to get sentenced. He was best to stay in clayton county. I ask Mr Vernon September 22, 2018 how long do my fiance actually have to serve in jail. He didn't even told me he had to look into it and he would get back to me. I waited until Oct 16 2018 to write this statement/experience STILL haven't heard from Mr Vernon Smith yet! If anyone did take the time out to read this. I wouldn't dare take a hour long statement out my day to let future clients know especially women that may have or will go through this or something similar do NOT waste your money find someone else. I still have to.smh

Prt1.) I'm gonna speak on my recent experience with Mr Vernon Smith. My fiance was pulled over & arrested on July 19 2018 For violation of probation and a gun charge (which was mines) In clayton county. I knew my fiance was up for something serious when I was told the charges against him and needed a Lawyer who really was gonna stand strong to represent him. Reasons why I choose Mr Vernon Smith was only because of the touching comment by "Mr David Dillard" who commented below.⬇️ I thought to my self wow, from his testimony this lawyer must mean business! However my fiance was pulled over in clayton county had a warrant for his arrest for Gwinnett county for probation violation which we both were unaware of. Reasons why my fiance has been free and out of jail case dismissed etc. With paper proven he was done with probation in gwinnett and also has been pulled over previously with nothing attached to his record such as a warrant and again, he was free on the streets for over a year. So of course that took us both for a loop not to mention He had less that an ounce marijuana charge.. All this was brought to Mr Vernon attention I specifically asked him could he actually help us?" His exact was "I sure can help you with the clayton co case as well as the gwinnett county probation case" He was friendly always picking up my calls (every second) for a week straight until I came up with the money to give him to represent my fiance he quoted me a price of $4,000 $2,000 down i thought to myself this is pretty expensive due to the fact i called other lawyers and their total price with grantees to help me and my fiance was only 2,500. But no, I went with Mr Vernon because not only from the testominal he had that touched me but I figured if his this expensive HE HAS TO KNOW WHAT HIS DOING. Right?" Well, I was so WRONG not only did Mr Vernon stop answering calls and returning calls/text from me. He practically put my fiance in more trouble then he was already in.

There are a million things I could say about Mr. Smith, but there isn't enough space. But the most important thing is he does his job...and does it well!! He makes sure that he keeps u updated about your case and he goes above and beyond to assure you that he is doing everything he can to help you. I would recommend him to everybody!!!!!
