Ms Kim Gross and her team were the ones who handled my court case..they were totally free, understanding and were patient with my case and they also did an excellent job in court on my behalf..thanks again to them and would reccommend them always..

personally I like them but mistakes where made like the point that my tag receipt was in my hand in video and that the time the cop was beside me it was played for so I lost my case in that and tree years the state lied on not having the dash cam to provide my proof that I was all ready at the tax office in morrow but court and judge was dirty in room 305 and Corey Mitchell is a top 100 on the other side he was a grad. From USC of SC one of the top schools and makes 100 k a year

I’ve been calling for 3 days straight and constantly leaving voicemails and still no answer. 11 calls.. 3 voicemails.... still no answer....no callback...nothing. I call at many different times throughout the day assuming he may be busy in court or something but no. I have court coming up very soon and can’t even get a hold of the one person dealing with my case. Very stressful.

Great firm great attorney's

There are a lot of attorneys in this Law Firm. And they are happy to offer their services in court as a court appointed attorney. There are 2-4 standing around in there waiting for a client. If they're anything like Mr. Lister who I know from way back, then they will all be very good attorneys

FINALLY GOT A CALL BACK AFTER THEY WERE CLOSED, WITH NO MESSAGE LEFT ON MY VOICEMAIL!!! I ASSUMED AFTER WAITING ALL DAY SHE WASN'T GOING TO CALL. I HAD ERRANDS TO RUN AFTER 5.

The staff up front was very kind and pleasant to work with. Had a meeting scheduled with Scott Holt, meeting started right on time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Left knowing that he's the person I would want to represent me.

The Law Firm itself is very helpful once I was assigned a competent attorney. Samantha Feinberg was originally assigned to my case, She was not willing to negotiate on my behalf first & then tried to force me to take a plea. Fortunately attorney Douglas McKimm took over my case & he did an excellent job. He was very attentive & professional, I would recommend him as an attorney to friends, family or anyone that needs legal assistance. STAY AWAY from attorney Samantha Feinberg, she is a menace, lacks people skills, not a very good listener or attorney for that matter. I would rate higher because Douglas deserves 5 stars but I am rating the firm with 1 star because of my initial experience with Samantha. You guys should really think twice about certain attorneys that you choose to employ with your firm, they are representing YOU, your firm, your good name & that woman makes you all look bad.

Scott Holt is an awesome lawyer! He really knows his stuff and was excellent in court, and helped me to beat a bogus DUI charge a few years ago. He was flexible with his price to work on my case and even helped me out at the court house after the case was over.

this firm has yet to contact me and i have called over 20x . This is a set up for failure .

Worst firm ever honestly if I had the time to get this business closed I would be right on it. This business is bs and needs to be shut down the reviews you see under this business are accurate they don't return calls trash service.

Worst law unprofessional firm,they do not get back to you until day of court and really don't exercise the rights you should know or bargain to take....Never return calls or represent for the people but the corrupted system that governs the city/county

No one ever calls back or answers the phone. I am beginning to believe this is a front for the attorney general office to increase the population of Clayton County jail.

My situations have always been similar with the law offices of lister and holt.. I practically did all the work and research myself while they kept giving me an offer from the state.. Word of advice... Use Another Law Firm
