I wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment weeks ago and put everything in my reminders. I called on the day of to confirm and she told me the appointment was for the next day at an earlier time. I thought it was strange. I told her what I wrote down and she told me again what she had. I stuck to it. Showed up and explained and a lady told me the appointment I had first was correct. She didn’t do anything about it. Not even apologize. Didn’t check her phone records to confirm what I was saying, per my request either. She turned me away. Didn’t even offer to reschedule. Horrible law firm. Don’t give them your money. They can’t even get an appointment right smh.
