After paying her for over 5 months costing me several thousand dollars, she provided me with no help or defense for getting visitation rights to see my nephew. She completely went siding with the other party not serving my defense and not allowing me to talk in court. Where over the course of those 5 months her paralegal contacting me and letting me know everything is fine when it is not. I only had the chance to talk to her on the day of the court hearing where over those 5 months I only got to talk to her paralegal Allison Lusk.

Carrie and her staff were wonderful to work with. Carrie is a confident, and highly qualified family lawyer, and she worked very hard to ensure I got the best outcome possible. I know that they made my stressful child custody case go much smoother than if I had represented myself, or gone with another firm. I highly recommend!!!

Waste of money and poor representation! Carrie didn't do much of anything. Some questionable practices by Amanda who kept vital information from me, while pushing trial. I would have done better representing myself in court. I had to follow up several times to remind them to do their jobs and they did nothing productive for my case but run around in circles and bill for it. Worst decision!

Carrie is a great attorney who was there every step of the way. Even though my case was not simple, Carrie did a great job of communicating with opposing counsel and updating me regularly. She was always available when I had questions and made sure I knew what to expect and the process moving forward.

I hired these ladies in June 2018, within 3 months they racked up over $15K in legal fees. The big kicker is that they did nothing for me. I was in the hospital and my ex broke into my house and changed the locks. He came to the hospital demanding information from the staff and security was called to escort him off property. This lawfirm did nothing but bill me. They never gave me advice, they didn’t protect me or my children. In the end I hired another amazing attorney. However due to the unethical and unjustified billing practices of this lawfirm, opposing counsel was able to use their unethical business practices against me in court. Opposing counsel said that my ex should not have to pay for a penny of my legal fees because this lawfirm ripped me off. “Unreasonable” legal fees can be used against you. Don’t waste your time and money on these ladies. Divorce is horrible and the attorneys with Carrie Wilcox made my life a nightmare. Do your homework and research good attorneys that want what is best for you not their bank account. Be careful.

Carrie is extremely knowledgeable and handled emotional court appearances with my ex with the utmost proffesionalism. Would refer anyone seeking legal counsel her way.

Terrible service.. not helpful and didnt do what she told me she was going to do, to help me get my kids, therefore now they r being abused. Because I left my husband my kids r suffering. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS LAWFIRM. I needed a az lawyer because I relocated to pa, and therefore my case just went on with NO help but a tiny bit of paperwork and phone calls witch cost me 4,000 for aboustley NOTHING. I will also be contacting the AZ bar association. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!
