I have had issues with my vehicle and believed it was due to the interlock that Hector had put onto my car. After speaking to Hector he looked into it and spent a long time looking at all the wiring to come to the conclusion it wasn’t their fault. Hector was patient and professional and I appreciate working with him.

Scheduled an appointment online. When I went in for my appointment I was told they don't take online appointments. Last thing anyone needs when dealing with the already harsh penalties of a dui. Quick start is right down the street and they took care of me with a same day appointment.

Love these guys. Hector is always super friendly and welcoming. They are quick to help you even just as a walk in and are straight forward. No hidden fees or anything behind it. I’ve dealt with a couple different Interlock companies for myself and my significant other and the guys at Arizona Interlocks are hands down the best place to go to if you end up in that type of situation.

the device is faulty and will fail me randomly for no reason and they charge 25.00 when you fail..they deny that their product is defective..I don't even drink anymore

Hector has been an amazing team player on my end but I had a perfect month never any issues. Went for first service and now I've had nothing but issue after issue and no one can seem to figure out issues. Tech support needs major help, they haven't been able to tell me a direct issue and now tech support saying it's my fault?? After saying THEY confirmed it had issues ?? I would recommend anywhere else to avoid going through what I've been going through. Hector is the only positive thing about this whole place. Literally .

I have read horror stories about other places but after 3 months with Arizona Interlocks they have been great and pain in the ass free

I have had the best experience with my Interlock in my vehicle, I have been stranded and have had errands and family emergencies to run and Hector Amador comes to the rescue to my home a couple of times out of his way and I give this gentleman 1000 kudos and has kept me a happy Customer done know What I would have done without his assistance, we need more carrying people like him in this business

I have dealt with these ppl for 17month and it hasn't been good, they blame everything on their "MANUFACTURERS " (Instant Interlock), somebody didn't turn my calaburations into ADOT from July to Dec. 1st so my license was suspended for 30 days, Arizona interlock blamed "THEIR MANUFACTURER " and their manufacturer blamed Arizona interlock, I have never had a violation or fail in 17 months till now a moving violation shows up, one month before it's to come out, kinda weird I think. TO HECTORS RESPONCE BELOW.................. NOO that is not true Hector, when my license was suspended for ADOT NOT getting ANY calaburations from July to Dec. 1st , NOT just ( A or 1) calibration, but none from July to Dec. you didn't rectify anything I was on the phone for the whole month of NOV. with ADOT supervisor PERSONALLY and YOUR manufacturer, you yourself told me that you sent the paperwork to "your Manufacturer" and I would have to deal with them, I haven't had a violation in 17 months, it just seems funny that all the sudden it happens a month before I'm to get it out, just sayin. this so called violation has nothing to do with anything I did, I blew over 4 times before I got home from work, every time green and every time pass. That's what I'm saying you guys don't take credit for anything, it's always our fault or your "MANUFACTURER" yes I have said this is bull crap cause the procedures change every month

Going through the experience of having an interlock device in your car is wrought with problems of all sorts that you won't see coming. That's why it's important to work with the right kind of dealer. I'd like you to know that Hector Amador who owns and runs the operation really was a very good natured person and definitely helped me figure things out when I was in a bind. You just cannot place enough value on that. The price is right here and so is the service. I would recommend Hector and Arizona Interlocks to anyone in need. Please keep this important fact in mind though. There are certain things that are out of the control of the company that you are dealing with in regards to working through this like the laws and requirements from the court as well as the manufacturer's equipment. Just be clear about your situation and honest and you'll be fine.

It's ok but great service

Never an install fee never a removal fee? You don't even have to kiss the installers? I'm in! Saving a couple hundred dollars a year is never a bad idea, if it's money you're going to have to spend, why spend more money than you have to?
