They have not reached out to me since their office shut down. Charles Runyan was suppose to send me my files for my patent application or refer me to another attorney to finish my files, I keep scheduling calls and still no response to my emails or calls for 3 months since the email was sent to me regarding their closure.

Do not use them. Just another attorneys office scamming you out of money and not completing the process.

I've currently using them for the search and now the provisional patent application. I had like a 100 questions but no one had a problem answering each one of them.

Charles did not file a document that I paid him for and it was crucial to my success. Now we are playing catch up after I have waited 7 years to get my patent. Not a great experience and he never apologized.
