Leftwich and Associates filed two Chaper BK’s on my behalf (2Days apart) My credit report now shows two BK’s. They have not assisted in getting the erroneous fueling off my credit which hunts me till this day. I have been working on my own to have it removed..., have not yet been successful.

he does criminal ok and bankruptcy well he took my 1000 and 350 filling fee and didnt file all paperwork now im going to loose my home and buisness because of him and others involved fed trade commission is investigating all of this as is the state bar its a shame there no good honest lawyers in this bad world we live in i stand behind my statement and have proof from court

Fact #1: I came in for a free consultation
Fact #2: I didn't agree that the information provided in the consultation was accurate.
Fact #3: I decided I would file bankruptcy without a lawyer (which I successfully got my discharge)
Fact #4: I left a negative review on google of this law firm.
Fact #5: A week after leaving a negative review I received a letter from this law firm threatening legal action against me if it did not remove my negative review.

So now that I have edited my review so there is no confusion as to if my statements are false and defamatory hopefully I can keep myself out of court.
