This place is a joke. Been trying for over a year to figure out what is going on with our case and the assistant that has been working on our case has been fired and so has the 2 assistant they hired after. You call them the lawyer that actually dealing with your case is never available the front desk guy says he will leave them a note to call back and also send me to both nick and Tom's vm have left multiple voice mail messages with no return call. This place is a joke and I do not recommend any one use them

They never ever call you back and I mean ever possibly the WORST accident lawyer I could of went to. Don't let the nice office fool you, representation sucks the guy named John who is my lawyers assistant that is Nick Vakulas assistant is the worst I even asked him why he doesn't call me back he simply rolled his eyes and looked up at the ceiling for nearly half a minute. Pretty much put the guilt on him they need to fire him asap I wish I can transfer my case to another lawyer but it's way to late in this point in time. I truly believe they are a crooked law firm and love to milk the insurance company's by taking time and more time so they can bill them. FIND ANOTHER LAWYER ITS WHATS BEST. And yes if I could give them 0 stars I would.

Mr. Vakula represented my husband in a accident case and he did a great job. The case didn't take long and my husband was awarded more money than he expected. It didn't matter it wasn't a large case he still was there for us.Thanks Nick for everything
