HAVE you ever been a victim of unjust or cruel treatment, not by a person by the judicial system in Arizona? I have it appeared not only would justice not prevail, and the city of El Mirage would continue to collect reckless fine from innocent motorist. I received a criminal speeding ticket just outside of Nogales when I was going down there for business. I was cited for 69 mph in a 45 mph zone and in AZ that is a criminal charge. I did not realize that there was anything such as criminal speeding until I called to take care of the fine over the phone and was informed that I would have to appear to plea. I was at a loss as to how to proceed and quickly decided I should have counsel. I searched Avvo and doing my due diligence made five phone calls to highly rated practices. Awesome, awesome, awesome! My husband has a CDL and it seemed like there was no way that the citation could be dismissed. My husband chose to hire a lawyer so he went online searching for one. I was very skeptical about hiring an attorney to fight the 3 traffic charges I was facing.
