America is full of crooks and this is one of them. As a result of this man’s incompetence and the total failure that is the American justice system, my children are in the custody of an abusive man who broke my back, ribs, nose and wrist. It has taken years and tens of thousand of dollars more than I paid this imbecile to attempt to undo the damage this man caused to my family and my children in particular with his failure to advocate for me. Being distracted by his own divorce, he failed me in every way when attempting to divorce my ex husband after 5 years of crippling violence and now my children pay the price. This man should be disbarred for incompetence

Jim was more than just my attorney, he looked after my well being with fatherly advice that was personalized for me during the toughest of times. He gave me assignments to help lower the cost of my divorce and got things taken care of in a methodical and respectable way. I highly recommend him.

I should have read reviews before retaining Jim- they’re exactly the same experience I had. Lesson learned.

If you would like to waste your time and your money, hire Mr Padish. After one year and thousands of dollars, I was no closer to finalizing my divorce than when I walked through his doors. In addition, if your divorce involves the military or government, steer clear of this lawyer.
