DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I have had the worst experience with these so called “lawyers” the amount of money I wasted here doesn’t compare to the time I wasted 3yrs with them lack of communication, professionalism because as soon as you walk out the door or when you are on hold they are talking bad about the clients the people who pay your salary basically. Every time I would literally call several times a week just to get a case update only then. Would I find out what’s going I had my case worker change 3x . My case had been just sitting there since July I finally call in October to see what’s going on hoping good news only to find out all the old assistants quit and nothing has been done since then my nvc expired none of my application had been mailed but yet I was never informed until I CALLED THEM !!!!! They definitely DO NOt care about the people only the money because if a payment was missing that’s the only time they did reach out I am lost at words at how dissatisfied, disappointed just ready to give up because of people like this I gave them till the end of the year to change my mind and nothing I ended. My business wit them today and for that they had nothing to say no apology made didn’t try to make things right at all they have gave me nothing but stress anger and the run around for more than 3yrs now they have even changed their name constantly changing lawyers they are BAD !!!!! Unprofessional unproductive I hope this helps others to not go through wat I went through. Waste of time waste of money I read all other reviews and I know they were bought and they delete the bad ones I will make sure to let everybody I know not to do business with them

I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!!!!! They made me loose a year on my case due to too many errors on their end! I had requested an appointment with Paola back in June & one of their employees received me which didn’t resolve anything! My case went through 2 employees & when I would call to get an update they told me that they don’t work there anymore. So if I don’t call, my case just sits there with no progress! I ended up finishing the work because the recent employee wouldn’t do it. I requested to speak with Paola or Salvador but they just schedule me an appointment with the current person in charge of my case. It’s so frustrating but when I called to schedule a consult for my case 2 years ago they gave me an appointment right away with Paola. The free consult is not worth it! Don’t waste your time & money here!!!!!

I have tried so hard to speak to an attorney at this law firm for the last week and a half and I am always being told the same thing. I finally scheduled a phone appointment for this past Tuesday after having to wait a week for it. I was never contacted at all for my appointment time and when I did call the office I was placed on hold for 20 min and then HANGED UP on. I called again spoke to a different person told them what had happened and that i was scheduled for my appt and was hanged up after having to try and contact them for my appt. All they offered was to send a message and hope one of the attorneys could call me. I finally decided to call back today and they said I was just rescheduled for sometime next week. I would definitely NOT reccomend this office to anyone especially if you are needing service right away. I stated the urge I had to find and hire an attorney and it seems like they just did not care for my services or for the situation all together. I will definitely be taking my money and my service to another law firm more professional and one who would actually care about my current situation enough to return a phone call.
