I have a long history of working with Suzette Brown.
I used Suzette for my construction company several years ago to take care of bringing my Corporation back into compliance with minutes and filings that I had made some mistakes on. She got everything corrected in record time and very professional in all her work.
Recently I had the chance to work with her again on a Family Trust Package.
Prior to using Suzette, I had hired another paralegal to handle this matter, as Suzette was out of town and I needed the Trust done quickly.
That was in November, and here months later the work product of the other paralegal was so bad, wrong information that had to be corrected, and when she did it deleted portions of paragraphs, moved entire sections so nothing made sense. I spent from mid January until two weeks ago trying to get her to correct these issues. She never even recorded my Deed into the trust and for weeks insisted it was.
I called Suzette for HELP. One meeting we reviewed my Trust and not only wasn't it a Family Trust it was an individual trust which would have caused it to go to probate in some situations.
One week later my wife and I met Suzette to finalize the New Family Trust and the following day our Trust Certification was recorded as well as my Deed was recorded into the Trust with my wife and I.
Suzette is amazing and a true professional. Next time I will wait for her if she is on vacation.

After 'filing' statutory agent documents for 2 years, I found out the hard way (via a lien) she was also filing all property tax documents at her office without forwarding ANYTHING to my office. Blamed her secretary. Nice.
About 2 months ago, I received an accusatory/unprofessional call over an invoice she had emailed to our retired book keeper. I paid it, and today, I receive a revocation of statutory agency from the State.
