Kind man

He defrauded us and lied to ABA and others. Took all my retirement pension totaling 10k promising to represent me til the trial but he quit because of communication issues (i am deaf and he refused to provide accommodations or interpreters- violated federal law). He insisted on emails only and entirely avoided phone calls or in face meetings. Had him as lawyer for 10 months and I only met him once per my request and no phone calls. he ignored my emails til few weeks later which he provided vague and indirect responses. He also made endless excuses such as his family being sick or he is gone to another state. He’s now under two state investigations for the above. Have other friends who had him and they said the same thing. Won’t recommend him at all.

Ashley Donovan has been stellar in helping me, when needing representaion, in family court. I've hired her 3 times over the last 8 years, for child custody and child support issues. Ashley always focuses on what is best for the kids, which is hugely important to me. She is kind but firm, aggresive but compromising, and an all out child advocate. I hope to not have to continue to take my ex to court, but will always turn to Ms. Donovan if need be.
