While he had been awarded that I pay him per judge's ruling once, amount "A". To which I gave him my credit card in a signed debit authorization.

M. Beeler charged me 2 months later, amount "B", with no court order, nor without informing me. He probably thought I work at a mint.

Needless to say that I had to contact my bank and ruine the joke he was pulling on me.

Sneaky as well that he did this on a Friday before a long week end, so I can't contact him or anyone In his office. But my bank is open and the fraud was addressed.

Horrible, Horrible experience with him. Wasted 5k.
