An absolute worse attorney for ALL divorce issues. Never objected to the opposing parties accusations and caused undue wrongdoing against me by forcing me to sign stipulations as well as never preparing me for a deposition, all hearings etc. Steer away from this attorney. Because of his egotistical stubbornness he didn't even file a declaration with evidence stating that the opposing party and their cohorts are causing extreme child abuse via parental alienation. Even the judge saw evidence of parental alienation.

If I could rate Peter Allen Hands a ZERO, then I would. He is totally incompetent, irresponsible, uncommunicative so much to the point that I simply never heard from him again while in building my case up, having been sent to his physicians, etc. He never brought my case to the courts (that I know of) and now nearly 15 years later I am dealing with the most excruciating, daunting pains all day and every day to the point where I am nearly incapacitated. I am unable to work, I have lost everything and now on the verge of being homeless.

Once, when we met in Newport Beach to discuss the case (one of the VERY few times we actually met) he showed up completely intoxicated and wreaked so much of alcohol that even the server asked if he was ok.

Peter Allen Hands is a despicable person and I would not recommend him to represent anyone; he can't even represent himself!
