They lack communication they never return calls they seem as if they care but they really dont. Being in a accident is a real painful experience but makes it worse when you deal with a law firm that has no respect when they are working for you. All it takes is communication so your on the same page but not with these people. Regret it all. **Update ** Still dealing with everything on top of new case. Feeling havent changed much

First off, it took forever to have anything processed/come to an agreement. 2nd of all, they failed to PAY THE BILLS out of the settlement. Yes, I still have people chasing me for payment. I would not recommend this office based on this FACT. Just the irony, I have NEVER heard of the bills being paid by the client after a claim. It's ALWAYS come from the settlement. Based on this, I would not trust them at all. BEWARE of what you sign thinking they have everything wrapped up in YOUR best interest.

When I had my accident I called on the Shang law firm and they've been working with me they check on me and see if I was okay, Marcus was very helpful he checked on me also and make sure I was okay that was very thorough for what they do and they was very concerned about my health and my well-being and that's a plus in my book Jason the lawyer he's checked on me also and make sure that I was okay and if I needed anything and Whitney always asks me about the doctor and that was very good because that's important to find out what's going on in a person's life when it after they had an accident

I used them to settle a car accident case. They were supposed to handle my medical bills with pasmrt if the settlement. They took the money but I now see one of the supposedly paid Bill's on my credit report. I've called and left messages with Jessica. And have yet to hear back from them.

The staff that I have talked to is very friendly and helpful especially Kristine. She asks me how I am feeling and she always say at the end of our conservation "I hope you feel better and take care." Words like that goes a long way. I have spoken with Carrie also she makes me feel like I'm in good hands. These two ladies makes sure that they call to check up on me and that I am handled things. I don't have to constantly keep calling because they call me before I call them and if I do call and leave a message my phone call is returned in a timely manner. I feel like I have made the right choice with picking a lawyer firm to represent in my case. Awesome team!!!

They were great throughout the whole process, Jessica kept in touch even on weeks that had no updates just to let us know everything was still being worked on. Felt a little reserved about working with a company I had never been to but I would definitely recommend to anyone who has been injured in an accident. They made sure all of my medical bills and expenses were paid and they also put money in my pocket for the hassle of having to travel for treatments and keeping up with my girlfriends pregnancy.
