I called and spoke with the intake paralegal two weeks ago. I was told I would hear something from her or Jason by the end of the week. Never heard a thing.

I contacted Jason Schultz for a legal consultation. He was very kind, professional and patient as I explained my concerns. His customer service was excellent, which I believe crucial for clients as they maneuver through a difficult situation.

In March of 2015, I was hit head-on by a man who was high on meth. At the time, I was working as a nurse tech at a local hospital and just 2 short months away from graduating college (at the age of 35) as an RN. I was, and am, married with 3 children, now ages 17, 14, and 11. Because of the speed at which the man was traveling when he hit me, I was pinned in my car by my dashboard. I suffered a partial amputation of my right leg which required several surgeries to repair and pelvic fractures which caused nerve damage which led to foot drop (a gait abnormality) in my left leg. I spent 2 months inpatient and a total of 3 months bedbound. I lost my job and was unable to finish the nursing program.
My husband heard of Jason Schultz by someone in the ER or ICU, I’m not sure which. Jason came from Atlanta to Chattanooga to meet with my husband as I was sedated in the ICU, having undergone 6 surgeries within the first week and a total of 12 procedures overall. My husband hired Jason, and he began the process of trying to recover any and all monies available to us as a result of the wreck.
I would love to say that I’m recommending Jason because he was able to recover the $2,000,000 my case was estimated to be worth or even the $500,000 my health insurance paid for my care, but, unfortunately, this proved impossible.
