Review: When she first answered the phone, she sounded a little gruff, but that is so far from who she really is. Brenda is warm & personable and knows her stuff! I tend to ramble on and often forget what I was saying. She was VERY patient with me & paid attention to where I was in the conversation, even if I couldn’t.
