Review: They do the bare minimum. For the steep price you pay, you are given no extra help (especially regarding taxes) with the closing of your decedent's estate. I was even misinformed about which tax forms I needed to submit partway through the process. They even got the name of my father (decedent) wrong on the final letter they sent to close the estate.
