Review: Todd Scott was a terrible Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for my grandmother, who is in her 80s and has dementia. He did not act in her best interest and instead acted on behalf of the person who was abusing her. He was visibly angry several times in court and had a temper tantrum more than once, especially when he lost.
