Review: Deserves zero stars. Never did a home check, never talked to both sides and believed everything the other side told her. She did not fight for the rights of a disabled veteran to see his children. I only talked to her when I went out of the way to call and ask for information or help. Even then, I only was able to talk to her twice in a years time. Thanks partly to her, the case is still open going into a second year.
