Review: After having to drive down Duluth’s streets for a while for work where the big $ is made from going from 45MPH to 35MPH and hanging out there to terrorize people “speeding” I gotta say, I’m super happy people are calling out Officer Spann. “Badge number 1181” had me cracking up...good for people to put that.
