Review: I was a tenant of the Willards for 5 years!! I even really liked Kathy and yet instead of trying to work something out like decent human beings they took us to court and are now garnishing our already low income source. Even though I repeatedly tried to get in touch with them to work something out....AND they are charging us for repairs that were already at the house when we moved in. That's shady as crap.
