Review: This by far has been one of the most horrible situations with an agency I have encountered. They are very unprofessional, rude, and very unhelpful. Even if you are willing to make payments they are not willing to work with you in any type of way. They even refused me the right to speak with the attorney handling the case, yet when i call to pay the account in full the staffs demeanor is totally different.
