Review: We had seen Nick Benson for a family case and all seemed to be well. Until we recieved a letter from his office two days away from our court date saying we had substantial criminal history and couldnt represent us. We had no such criminal history. He claimed it was his secretary who had made the mistake, we later found out that he was working for the other team and had misrepresented himself so we wouldnt have an attorney.
