I was referred to Eric by friends after I was involved in an accident with an automobile while cycling. I ended up with a broken wrist among other issues. Approximately two years ago I was hit by a car while on a bicycle ride. After picking up the police report and only seeing one side of what happened on the report I knew I needed help. I went to my State's bicycle advocacy group's webpage and found Eric listed as a supporter. After a phone call and a consultation meeting we agreed to move forward. There were no witnesses to the accident and the police officer never interviewed me, the odds were against us.

Eric tracked down the insurance company of the at fault party, filed suit against the at fault driver, negotiated a very favorable settlement, worked with my insurance company for coverage of my medical bills and negotiated a reduction in the medical cost.
