I was in an accident in DC. After I got home to Tennessee and thought about what had happened I knew there was negligence. The negligent party never even called to check on me. I just didn't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. Everyone in his office was great and in the end he got an excellent settlement for me. People often say it, but it really wasn't about the money (although of course that's nice). I came to Mesirow and Stravitz after being “doored” on my bicycle in DC in 2013. When the medical bills started rolling in, it was virtually impossible to reach the driver’s insurance company to claim compensation. This was my first time going through a claims/settlement process and John walked me through everything with paramount clarity, transparency, and patience.
