We hired Mr. Poole to handle my fathers traffic case, which, because of the nature of the incident was classified as a "criminal" one as well. My father, being older and not ever having to be in court for anything and never being charged with anything before, was understandably nervous... but this also meant he had a hard time comprehending the litigation process.

Mr. Poole was extremely accomodating to ensure my dad understood what was happening, what to expect in court and his plan to win the case.

His preperation for the case blew my mind away. The prosecution had called an "expert" witness but Mr. Poole was so thorough in his prep that he knew exactly what the qualifications were to be deemed an "expert" and thus was able to ask questions that made it very clear this so called "expert" was not in the least bit qualified to testify as one. Moreover, Mr. Poole, unlike many other attorneys, did not back down and simply accept testimony to be fact... if someone wants a point to be taken as factual in a case he's trying, the opposing party better make darn sure to triple and quadruple check there are no loopholes. If there are ANY inconsistencies, he finds it and uses it to his client's advantage.

In court Mr. Poole is calm, cool, collected, professional and a bit of a bull dog! He literally shredded the prosecutions case, but he did it in such a respectful way that you couldnt help but wonder if they even realized how bad they were loosing. He's not (at least in this case) the over dramatic, talk on about pointlessness irrelevance type.. just facts. He doesn't allow the judge (or jury) to be dazzled by a bunch of fluff and is quick to object to any and all statements that can be deemed prejudicial and or detrimental to his client (where obvious). Mr. Poole is a REAL lawyer that actually knows what he's doing.

And did I mention he was very reasonably priced? I won't say exactly what we paid as a retainer but I know if he did charge more, he'd be worth every cent.

My point is: HIRE MR. POOLE.. of course there are no guarantees in legal matters, but at least with him by your side the scales are seemingly tipped in your favor.
