It is my personal and professional opinion that a better choice could not be made than to retain the Solomon Law Firm for Federal Employment Issues.
As a Federal Employee of over 30 years I was impressed with the demonstrated knowledge of Federal Employment Law, Regulations and especially the Collective Bargaining Agreement, including its history and applicable case law. This proved critical in settlement negotiations, recommendations, and most importantly during the ensuing hearings. Only hours into the hearings federal attorneys were holding and shaking their heads in dismay as their case had been picked apart leaving them looking inept and even foolish.
On a personal level Aerial and Paul made me feel comfortable, cared for, and assured of the legal standpoint of my case. I would even consider them friends as we stay in friendly communication to this day.
Outcome; After months of low-ball settlement negotiations, discovery, and depositions the federal government ended up offering and settling far in excess of any offer provided on my behalf. The local Union Representative stated, "I knew you would win, but that settlement is better than I could have estimated." As there is no non-disclosure agreement as part of settlement, I don't mind sharing some of the outcome; Full reinstatement, all back pay and benefits, additional funds in excess of back pay, removal of all reference from my record, restriction on disclosure of any details, documents and records related to my employment, and best of all, THEY HAD TO PAY EVERY PENNY OF MY LEGAL EXPENSES!

I want to share my story, a 5-year ordeal involving a formal EEO complaint about gender discrimination (gender stereotyping) and retaliation, because in my (now experienced) opinion, no one but Solomon Law Firm could have, or would have, gotten me through it – my job and career intact.
I am a hydrogeologist, a woman in a male-dominated field, with several decades of experience. I have been with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for the last 10 years in Nevada. I am also my Agency’s only full-time groundwater hydrologist. I provide technical input to Agency decision-makers; my position requires me to provide candid technical advice on highly controversial issues. Working in a male-dominated field for years and given the nature and requirements of my position and significant workload, I am accustomed to communicating like my male counterparts and colleagues – in a confident and direct manner, although always professional and supportive. As a female hydrogeologist, I dress casually at work and as a matter of personal choice, I have never worn make-up. I am also older than many of my colleagues and managers. I and two of my female coworkers were generally devoid of “traditional” feminine affectations in the way we conducted ourselves at work (not limited to dress), not demure or unduly deferential, and we were subjected to gender stereotyping discrimination in the form of unfair evaluations, completely unfounded verbal and written allegations, attacks on our careers, etc.
In contrast to our discriminatory treatment, women who carried themselves in a much more traditionally feminine way in the workplace (in their dress and mannerisms), were treated better, as were men. One of my female colleagues has a more traditional feminine style and manner, and is also younger than myself, and suffered none of the negative treatment. Similarly, our male colleagues who were supervised by the same individuals were mentored and praised as able and effective, regardless of the directness of their communications or significant differences of opinion with our new supervisors.
It would take too long to describe how, with Solomon’s counsel and representation, I successfully navigated this 5-year morass of harassment and unfounded allegations, but I survived and prevailed due to the experience, assistance, and excellent guidance and representation by Dan Gebhardt and the Solomon Law Firm.
In short, although I am tenacious and able, and had the benefit of knowing I was 100 percent right on all counts, I have no doubt that I would have been “done in” within the first six months to a year of this unfortunate and unlawful experience. My employment was endangered, and my professional reputation and career could have been severely damaged, if not for “Solomon,” which made every right move, made them timely, endeavored to provide the highest quality counsel and representation as cost-effectively as possible and most importantly acted as a true advocate for me, and in every interaction with me, throughout. A special thanks to Ariel and Dan. Please let me know if I can ever do anything for you. Life is back to normal. – Sue Braumiller, December 6, 2018

Some hard questions arose from the moment I decided to move on from my career post at a federal agency. I was keenly aware that both my family's interests and the public interest might be affected. I am so very glad that around that same time I spoke to Daniel K. Gebhardt, Esq. at the Solomon Law Firm. Daniel really knows federal employment law and understands the crossroads and challenges that federal employees often face. If you seek his advice, you will find him a good counselor, a powerful advocate and an earnest friend.
Need a compassionate, fierce, knowledgeable warrior in a federal law situation? Solomon Law Firm and Ariel Solomon is the right place to go. Feel like you've been lied to, trampled on, betrayed? You are safe in consulting with Solomon Law Firm. They will provide you with an honest assessment of your your case, letting you know right up front if you should pursue further or not, saving you more time, agony, and money. Speaking of money, once this firm takes your case the charges are more than fair! More importantly, Solomon Law Firm will fight fiercely and ethically to get you the best settlement possible. I bless the day I found Solomon Law Firm to take my case. My particular discrimination case took a few years to come to fruition, but with constant personal communication, compassionate care given to my worst fears, and outstanding professionalism and knowledge in dealing with the opposition and in the courtroom they finally attained an outcome better than I had dreamed could happen. I received the best monetary reward possible; but more imperative was the fact that I gained back the self-esteem and confidence I had lost. If you have suffered injustice in the federal system, Ariel Solomon and Solomon Law Firm will right that wrong!

I engaged the Solomon Law Firm originally to deal with a dispute regarding employment with a government agency. I felt that the agency was treating me unfairly due to a sudden onset disability. I had been working under a disability accommodation for over 4 years and had received good performance reviews. After working for 4 years, they suddenly decided to remove my accommodation. In essence, they were trying to remove me. The Solomon Law Firm, specifically Dan Gebhardt, saved my job and had the agency reimburse me for legal fees. Mr. Gebhardt also resolved the agency’s claim that it had overpaid me. Shortly afterwards, my long-term disability insurance company claimed that they had made a mistake and overpaid me benefits for over 4 years. They expected me to repay an exorbitant amount because of this miscalculation. Again, Dan Gebhardt was able to settle the case for a fraction of the amount claimed by the insurance company and at the same time crafted a settlement agreement that protects me from future actions. I hope I never have another reason to engage Mr. Gebhardt, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call him. I recommend Mr. Gebhardt without reservation.

Great defensible lawyers from Solomon Law Firm, such as Dan Gebhardt do an outstanding job for those federal employees in need of assistance. Mr. Gebhardt was so outstanding in replying to my agency, it took the agency over a month to make decision. The decision was favorable and short. Well worth the $. Thanks Mr. Gebhardt & Solomon Law Firm!

When I needed help a looked for a law firm that that I could trust and be comfortable with my decisions. Solomon Law Firm has been responsible and reliable to me, my family and career. My attorney Mr. Gerald Gillard and staff was phenomenal. If I had not used this law firm I'm not sure that I would be in a position to share the positive news about my future.

The Solomon Law Firm is a top notch, experienced, professional law firm that works hard to obtain positive results for all of its clients. Attorneys Ariel Solomon, Joseph Pekich and Gerald Gilliard job did an outstanding job in representing me with a Federal Whistleblower related matter. The Legal support staff (Gina Sitcer) were also warm, friendly and attentive to my needs when the attorneys were not available. I am pleased with their representation. I highly recommend the Solomon Law Firm for all federal employment related matters.

Ariel Solomon and Gerald Gilliard did an excellent job representing me. They gathered the facts expertly, and kept me informed at every turn. Their expertise was evident from the very start. They are clearly leaders in what they do which they demonstrated every step of the way. I found their rates less then those of their competitors. I was very satisfied with the Solomon Law Firm. They are first rate professionals with a human touch. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking federal employment law services.

Dan Gebhardt, a partner in the Solomon Law Firm, demonstrated the breadth of his legal expertise and knowledge when he represented me in a particularly complex EEO case. Dan explained the facets of the EEO process in a manner easily understood by a layperson, but was not at all condescending. He adequately prepared paper work as necessary for my case and represented me in a Pre-hearing meeting with opposing counsel and Judge. Dan’s knowledge of EEO Law was evident as he received confrontational questions at a rapid-fire pace and was able to calmly reply or correct the opposing counsel. His legal training and expertise are evident in his interaction with opposing counsel and the preparation of documents as required by the Court Judge. He was able to push my settlement offer to a substantial amount, I accepted, and did not have to go forward with a formal hearing. I was very satisfied with the amount and the way we were able to find closure. For potential clients seeking representation, I highly recommend Mr. Gebhardt.

Words cannot truly express how grateful I am to Solomon Law Firm. I was in great distress when I contacted the law firm. The team, the Attorney Dan Gebhardt, Attorney Ariel Solomon, paralegals, Gina and Alyssa were extremely supportive from the initial phone conversation. I recently received news from Attorney Dan Gebhardt that he settled my case. I was very excited to receive the news, Mr. Gebhardt provided excellent service. He was tenacious until he reached a victory for me! He valued my input concerning my case and he showed genuine concern as I was experiencing a very stressful circumstance concerning my federal career. Attorney Gebhardt always explained the process and provided reassurance. He has exceptional knowledge of the Federal Government laws and regulations. The representation at this firm is beyond what I could ever imagine. I highly recommend Attorney Dan Gebhardt. Solomon Law Firm is the best and you will receive a great outcome!
