Since our first meeting, Brendan demonstrated knowledge and vast experience with this particular type of Green Card application. He thoroughly explained the NIW requirements to me and why I qualified for this type of GC. He also went through the steps of the process as well as the breakdown of the fess, which I think is reasonably priced.
We had a particular situation in our case that could potentially lead to denial of adjustment of status. However, Brendan appropriately applied his knowledge of immigration law and our case got approved without any issue.
As a side note, the Immigration Officer mentioned during our interview that our case was very well organized and that this made everything easier on her side.
Lastly, I would like to leave my suggestion for improvement of their service. At times they take toooo long respond emails, particularly when their responses require any action on their side, such as revising reference letters.
My family and I are really thankful for Brendan's service and would recommend his firm without hesitation.
The firm and the lawyers are extremely busy, they are very good in replying to emails and get things done when are needed. However there might be delay in replying non-urgent questions or clarifications.
I was not very impressed with some paralegals in the past, they do not always seem to be very knowledgeable or responsive to emails. However some other paralegals are very good.
Overall I was very happy with the work and I got my green card!
My case was driven with great diligence and without major delays at their end. Brendan and associates represented me during the green card application (NWI) and also when I filed for naturalization five years later. Last year I was granted U.S. Naturalization! It was really a great-great accomplishment and indeed I feel very grateful for his expert advice and guidance during the process. I am always so busy with my work that couldn't have made it without his professional service. I have referred colleagues and co-workers in similar situations and they have been successful and happy.
Don't hesitate to contact Brendan Delaney and team for immigration services, Brendan and his associate Aaron know very well how to make this tedious process smooth and successful for you.
Going into the process, I was aware that the low number of publications that I had might hinder approval, so wanted the help of professionals. I contacted Brendan based on a referal, and was impressed by the overall work produced. The fees for NIW petition preparation and filing was competitive with other lawyers I had contacted. Since part of the fee was contingent upon approval, I felt that they, too, had a vested interest.
There were a couple of times when the team got busy, so I had to send follow up emails to keep pushing the process along. Regardless, Brendan was generally able to keep me appraised of progress, and responded quickly to questions and concerns that I had. Overall a strong recommendation - good luck on your journey!
Even though I lived outside of US while I was applying, with their help, I got my EB1-A green card recently. My visa status has changed my life so that I can apply jobs in US now, and my professional career is advancing.
I would like to use this opportunity to express my deep gratitude to Brendan and Aaron for the excellent work they did for me. Also thanks the company like Leavy, Frank & Delaney, LLC providing the opportunity to hard-working immigrants who pursue American dreams.
Here is my story.
In 2008, I arrived in the United States from one of post-Soviet countries as a post-doctoral researcher with a J-1 visa. I immediately realized that I couldn’t make big plans for my future in this country with a J-1 visa, so I started looking for a good lawyer.
Initially, I was recommended to a paralegal whom I met with, but he really scared me and made me believe that it was almost impossible to get a green card in my case. He also wanted to talk with my employer, which seemed very strange, so I declined further cooperation. I was not surprised when I discovered that he knew my employer very well, and my employer wanted to keep me on the visa as long as he could. Both of them were playing games with me.
I then found a Russian-speaking lawyer who requested... 25 letters of recommendation, including some from Nobel Prize winners or their co-workers! He also requested I pay the entire fee in advance at the time of signing the contract. I wasn’t encouraged to work with this guy either.
Finally, one of my friends recommended Adam Frank, a Maryland lawyer who helped her and her friend receive green cards without any problems. She also explained to me that in her case, everything worked out perfectly through the Internet (we lived in the Southwest at that time), and there was no need to meet him in person. I sent him my CV, and he answered with a clear roadmap for what to do next. It was a very professional plan with reasonable financial conditions. Several months later, I sent the documents that he had requested, and we submitted my application. Four weeks after that, I received an approval. It was like magic. After helping me, Adam and his colleagues helped get green cards for several of my friends, including a man whose application was initially declined by USCIS.
There are three unique things about Adam Frank that I have learned from my experience and from the experiences of my friends and colleagues whom I referred to him:
1. Upon reviewing your CV, he can clearly say if a green card is approvable or not. If he says “yes” then there is a 99% chance you will get approved; or if not, he will tell you what needs to be fixed. This is golden.
2. He can represent your accomplishments in the most efficient way. In my case, he used all my achievements from my home country to get both EB1 and EB2 approvals! My friend received a green card having published a few PubMed publications. It is an art!
3. The third is financial immaculacy. AF doesn’t try to scam you out of money – he just does his job, which requires reasonable payment. This is unique for a lawyer.
My visa status has changed my life, and my professional career is advancing. I would like to use this opportunity to express my deep gratitude to Adam Frank and his team for the excellent work they did for me.
Good luck everyone! I hope in 8-10 years, when you receive your blue passport, you will recall this review and send a Thank You letter to Adam Frank.
They've helped me to apply for NIW and get it (2015). Typically, the NIW process (I-140 and I-485 forms) is an extremely time consuming and exhausting process with too much of details you need to consider. Throughout this process, Brendan Delaney and his staff have been extremely professional, helpful and always available in responding questions or giving advice. Even after the contract, they've been available to answer questions. I highly recommend their firm and am sure they'll provide the same quality of service to their other clients.
