If I could give negative stars I would. They have had my case over a year and it takes weeks to get responses to emails and phone calls. I initially spoke with Zach. I learned my case was transferred to litigation via email from a paralegal in the office. Zach never kept me up to date on my case. I suffered a severe concussion, back injuries, and shoulder. I have yet to hear anything back from the new attorney assigned to my case.
