Came back from summer vacation to learn that there was a warrant out for my arrest for threats (that I didn’t make)!!! Yikes!!!

Went straight to Joseph based on the excellent reviews and his close proximity to the courts (his office is literally across the street).

After some heated back and fourth with the governments attorney they agreed to 32 hours of community service with no admission of guilt! My accuser was a government official!!

I wanted to go to trial because I didn’t make any threats... and there was no way they could prove otherwise... Joseph convinced me that going to trial relinquishes all control of your fate and it’s better to make a deal because you know what your getting into before it happens.

At the end of the day Joseph is the perfect attorney because he understand how the dc system works and that’s all that matters.
