Got my high reckless knocked down to a regular ticket.

The Dycio law office has gotten me out of 2/3 tickets in the past two months that I’ve had (the third is still in continuance). They managed to somehow get me out of a 6 point and 3 point violation and possibly another 6 point violation if they win the last case. Couldn’t be happier

I hired Mark Dycio after being referred by my sister to hire him for a DUI and marijuana possession. My initial interview with him made clear to me that this was the lawyer I had been looking for. His pricing was on the higher end but I know that if I had went with the cheaper lawyers I would be signing a piece of paper for a plea deal that some joe blow had talked me into. I met with several other attorneys about my 1st DUI prior to meeting with Mark Dycio who was referred to me by several good friends with similar cases. He asked about what happened in my case with every little detail I could recall about that night, as anything I remembered could determine if we win or lose the case. After he explained the process of what was needed on his end, he gave me a reasonable price given the work needed and I agreed to pay. First, lawyers aren't cheap in any aspect and second if you made a poor life decision that resulted you in needing legal representation, you need to accept the consequences that come with it, as I did.

We continually had to continue the hearings because the General Court took longer than usual to respond to our requests for information and so forth. About 6 months after the initial charge, we decided to go to trial as the prosecutor was not willing to negotiate a plea bargain.

During the trial, which felt like a tv show or something, Dycio put the police officer on the stand for questioning about that night. He was able to get details from the officer who provided misinformation on my vehicle, the circumstances & actions taken which led to my arrest and so on that completely destroyed the prosecutors & officers evidence and testimony. After some back and forth time between Dycio & the prosecutor, the judge found me not guilty and I was dismissed of all wrongdoing. Thank you Mark Dycio for amazing work, giving me a second chance and saving my life. Since this incident, I have neither drunk & drive or consumed excessive amounts of alcohol as this was my wake up call.

Did not like how he treated me and how he conducted his business. Over charged and did exactly what another attorney did for me at a reasonable cost. I didn’t have to appear in court to waste my time like I was made to with Mark Dycio. When I was represented I was barely even spoken too, and he had his “partner” maybe speak to the judge. Barely explained anything and treated me as a number vs a client. Did a payment plan but charged so much I paid triple what I paid at another attorney. I will not recommend-and what’s funny a police officer friend recommended him. Will not be back but thank Mark Dycio for the experience.

This seemed to be an open and shut case and I thought there was no way out of this one. DUI 2nd offense with high BAC and a totaled car on top of that. Thankfully no injuries. They rejected the plea offer and took it to bench trial. Thank god they did that because as it turns out the arresting officer made too many critical errors and in the end without getting into all the legal mumbo jumbo I was found not guilty, case dismissed. I do not understand the law very well but these guys do and if you let them do their job the results will be astonishing. This is your go to guy if you are seeking counsel

Nearly impossible to reach until the week of trial. Very little preparation for any part of the process. More polite before he was paid and then the tone of communication after paying nearly 5k was condescending, he was impatient, and rarely returned messages.

Mark Dycio represented me a few years ago in a case involving a misdemeanor. Mr. Dycio took my money, but did absolutely nothing for me other than strike a horrible deal. This was my first ever - and only - (misdemeanor) case. Mr. Dycio made no effort to include mitigating circumstances. He was in and out. For $5000.

Mike Dycio was the first attorney I called in regards to 2 summons I received. I cannot speak for Mr. Dycio but his secretaries were absolutely uninterested with my legal problems. One of his secretaries yawned while I was in the middle of explaining how and why I received the summons, then she said "I hear something downstairs & I need to check who or what it is, lol. Then another secretary (air head # 2) came on the phone and told me to finish telling my story.....wow. A young friend of mine suggested to use his services my friend claims he is paying the guy tens of thousands of dollars for a slew of criminal charges & he said that Mr. Dycios mother gives him the 5 star ratings online...roflmao. You judge people by their company, and if I were you I wouldn't waist you're data on you're cell phone looking up Mr. MAMAS boy..BTW..my friend said that Mike talks to his clients in a manner of cursing, ridicule, and disrespect. Oh yeah the first secretary(air head#1) gave me a call back 15 - 20 minutes later trying to start where she left off....LOL. After I hung up on them I googled " BEST ATTORNEYS IN LOUDOUND COUNTY" and found Thomas Solden Attorney at law. This guy was the PRESIDENT of the VA bar association for 5 years & his secretary Luna was absolutely fantastic.

I own two business, and have used a few business lawyers over my 4 years as an owner operator in fairfax county. How ever none were as effective as Mark Dycios office. Mark knows the ins and outs of the court and county government system. He can put you through to the top officials, or defend your business if need be. I used Mark Dycios office for a restaurant purchase, all of the contracts involved and our ABC licence and he was able to deliver and on a timely basis.

Another friend of mine has used him in a DUI case and he was also very pleased with the outcome.
