Not recommend this RB, PC as it is terrible. Only channel to communicate is voice message. Whenever you call, only VM welcomes you. Alternative is an email but it is very short and late without understanding your concerns. All late fee is on you while late processing.

The Customer Service is the worse I have ever had an experience from the Receptionist to the so called Paralegal, I left several message to be contacted an as of yet I still am waiting for a response... The
Attorney thinks he is too important to talk to the Customer as well... never available.

Unbelievably snide and condescending. I truly believe they think that everyone they deal with is destitute and beneath them. I had one of their attorneys flat out lie to me thinking I couldn't possibly understand law. Suggestion.... When u are representing a business, try not come across so horrible. It then reflects upon said business. I had to reach out to that business personally and we quickly resolved the issue in spite of Rees Broome's idiocy

Horrible customer service poor response time. Lawyers never want to speak with you and constantly pass you off to their paralegals . I was constantly referred to Ms Goins (paralegal) who was rude and clearly over worked because her response times are weeks not hrs or days. I would not recommend

They work with HOA's to screw people over financially. Hardest life lesson...don't ever live in an HOA controlled neighborhood. They are horribly managed and an unnecessary financial burden with no return on investment.

Let me start by saying these few things: If I could give them 0 stars I would, response time is extremely unprofessional, follow up does not exist. If you are looking for a competent, transparent company that keeps you in the loop. Keep looking, you will NOT find that here.

I feel as if proper response time from the time a VM is left until the a phone call is returned should be about 48 business hours. I have left about 4 voicemails and sent an email and no one from Rees Broome has contacted me back. Instead they have been in contact with my HOA and have bypassed me.

I will say their front desk person has been friendly and helpful even though there is not much she can do. She is the only reason they even have a 1 star from me.

It would be less than one star if I could slect that. It has been 12 days for a simple document to be executed. I also did all the work by using the same exact format used for the exact same type of transaction. Not sure what the dealy is because after asking/sending emails, I have yet to hear back on the issues for the delay.

I don’t understand the poor reviews about responsiveness! My business had taken me to four of their attorneys /subject matter experts/ for different matters and all are right at my fingertips when information is needed. I’m not shuffled off, muted, or not addressed immediately. I guess respect commands respect.

Ursula Koenig Burgess is a sharp, capable attorney that gets results. I am happy to put up with a "less that perfect" receptionist as long as Ms Burgess is on my team
