It took several weeks just to arrange a meeting. Than after paying for a basic "Will" to be drawn up, I still have not heard any information as to when it will be finalized, or if they are even following through with it being written up at all! I have left several messages, both at the office, on Cary Cucinelli's cellphone, and e-mail. No response after weeks, and weeks of waiting.
Are they just taking my money, and doing nothing? I do not have a single answer. No communication. No returned messages. And now, I'm not sure if I'll even refund my money, because I can't get any response. And still, no finalized documents for services rendered.
