Terrible about calling back, and Charlotte is not very helpful. They are more interested in ambulance chasing, than doing what’s right.

They want you to call them back at their convenience, instead of them following up with you, the client.

Do not hire this firm! They have no clue what their doing. Sean fits the profile of a narcissist and believes he’s the greatest attorney alive but fails to even properly review a case file before giving legal advice and charging ridiculous fees. His wife is Charlotte, pictured above and she pretends to be an attorney and is clueless herself. They ripped me off big time and a few others from their reviews on yelp. Run! They are very unethical.

You just proved my point of being unprofessional by your response to MY review of your firm. The card Your wife provided to me which I still have a copy DOES NOT say paralegal! It list her title as “ practice manager” sounds misleading if you ask me. Once again just like the other former client stated in his review you don’t reviw things before you start talking obviously! I never met with Charlet AFTER speaking to you. I spoke to you one week after dealing with charlet who kept insisting that you will “ help” her with my case which gave the appearance that she is the attorney handling my file. Your legal advice was soo far off from current immigration laws. My case has been resolved by another attorney who is high in demand in Virginia right now. My husband was granted relief! If he listened to you he’d voluntarily depart back to his birth country and be in fear for his life. I have documentation with emails, text messages of my entire experience with your firm. I can support everything I’m stating on this review. From what I’m reading online, other clients had similar experience with your firm. You just confirmed who you are by your response to this review. Good Job! I didn’t bother pressing your firm for the entire refund I was due because I wanted to focus my energy on bring my husband home. I’m a Christian woman. I hope the money your wife ripped off from me went towards something useful. God sees all things. God bless.
