Just call Andi's office and talk the matter over with her. If she can't help you odds are she can point you in the right direction. And if you happened to receive the citation in one of the districts that she practices in, then it's extremely likely she'll be able to help you.

I wish I knew where to begin with how amazing and professional Andi is. I reached out to her because my Husband and I were involved in a car accident where unfortunately, my Husband was charged. She came highly recommended to me and after speaking with her, against my better judgement, we did not retain her. I’m still kicking myself for that one.
