In April I paid for a service and within a couple days there were a few issues, so I repeatedly asked for the repairs to be resolved, my requests being met with "I'll'' fix it" attitude and promises. November came and my final request was ignored so what do I do? Enter Andrew Strickland, he wrote a letter for a me demanding the repairs to be completed and within minutes of it being sent via email (I could not find a physical address of the technician), I received a call and a repair is now scheduled. Andrew was prompt, courteous and made me feel as if I was a friend during our interactions, I will certainly retain his services if the need ever arises again.

Elektra is the right lawyer to go to. After I got denied with my H1B Visa and my OPT expired, I was so worried I will not be able to work in the US anymore. Then I heard about O1 Visa and decided to give it a shot. I am an entry-legel illustrator with BFA who just graduated last year. The law firm that my company was working with in the past told me I would probably not get accepted for O1 Visa since I am an entry-level artist with not enough experience. So I looked up countless law firms by myself, just to find someone who will take my case. Many other companies rejected my case saying my chances to get approved for O1 is relatively low. Then I found Yao Law Group. Even though I don't live local from there, Elektra explained my spcific case deeply on our first consultation and it's worth giving a shot. She responded immediately whenever I had a question throughout my application preparation. And it made me so easy to work with her. Her direction to the guidelines was clear and precise to follow up. I did what she adviced me with my O1 application. And I got an approval in 2 weeks with no RFE. I am so happy that I can legally work in the US from now on. And I am glad I chose Yao Law Group after many hours of researching. Elektra is definitely the best lawyer in this field and I am definitely coming back whenever I need further Visa help.

Beth Chevez is a competent attorney. She worked extra hard for me. Working on my case on the weekends. I remember several times talking on Sunday. she also kept her billing very reasonable. She went to bat for me after being handed my case when my first attorney left the firm. We ended up winning and even if we would have lost I would be leaving the same review. I worked closely with Beth on my case and was a true team. I am not sure why the one other review on here is so upset about. She never changed things around to benefit the other side. Sure, in drafting documents there were some minor errors, errors anyone could make and easily corrected. In my case, the other side was very frustrating to deal with. Constant delays and last-minute stuff. She handled it all well. The only con I could see is sometimes she is hard to get hold of. But when we set a time to talk she was available. This in its self is a small thing considering Attorneys are busy. I found it best to not call at random but to set up a time to talk to her. Perfectly reasonable. She will be my go-to attorney for all family law matters. However, the Billing department at this firm is in shambles. Pay very close attention to your bills. Document your Payments made. One start deducted for the billing department.
I had a great experience meeting Cybill Sison. She was really helpful and patient and answered all of my questions. She is an excellent attorney and I believe this is a great law service provider.
